Architecture student trips to New York
New York redefined architecture. Its skyscape is instantly recognizable and its streets littered with unique and iconic structures in an eclectic collection of styles, including Gothic revival, Art Deco and ultra modern. It is a superb destination for an educational trip, one that will give Architecture students a deeper appreciation and understanding of their subject.
Equity provides a wide range of carefully selected excursions ad itineraries that can be tailored to suit the specific study requirements of individual college or university trips.
On a guided tour of Grand Central Terminal, students examine the different architectural styles displayed in one of New York’s finest buildings. Opened in 1913, it is still one of the busiest railway stations in the world, handling up to one million passengers each day.

The Center for Architecture Foundation & Skyscraper Museum
St Mark's Campanile is the bell tower of St Mark's Basilica located in the Piazza San Marco. One of the most recognizable symbols of the city it towers 98.6 metres near the front of Basilica. With a simple form of a fluted brick square shaft and a loggia surrounding the belfry the tower cuts an imposing figure.

Take in wonders such as the Chrysler Building, Empire State and Grand Central Station, on a guided tour by land, coach or boat. Tours will be fitted around the key locations you want to focus on.
