Paella Cookery Class
Paella is one of Spain’s most iconic dishes, as well as one of the tastiest! In Spain it is carefully cooked with delicate, fresh ingredients and depending on the region, different ingredients are added to give it a unique flavour, whether it is fresh prawns and langoustine or wonderfully spiced pork and chicken! This cookery course is a true must for all lovers of food and students of Hospitality and Catering visiting Spain!

Nutrexpa Food Factory
In recent years, Nutrexpa has become a leading Spanish company and today is undoubtedly one of the most important groups in the Spanish food industry. Founded in the 1940’s with the aim of creating appetizing and nutritious food products, the company has expanded over the years to become “Nutrexpa Internacional”. Manufacturing and distributing foods throughout the world, with subsidiary companies in South America, Asia and Europe, it has become a World player in the food distribution industry. Student groups will be shown around the factory by one of the employees, gaining an insight into the company’s day-to-day running in a number of its different departments.
